Chintakayala Ravi (Venkatesh) works in a bar in USA and pretends to his sentimental mother (Lakshmi) back in India as if he is working as a software engineer leading a fancy lifestyle in USA. His mother sets up a girl called Lavanya (Mamata Mohandas) as Ravi's match. Lavanya asks her New York buddy Sunita (Anushka) to find out the conduct of Chintakayala Ravi. The rest of the story is all about what happened between Ravi, Lavanya and Sunita.
Venkatesh once again comes out with a witty romantic performance that fits very well with his emoting potential. Mamatha Mohandas and Anushka have given good performances. Nikita’s cameo is enjoyable. Brahmanandam, Venu Madhav, Sunil and MS Narayana are their usual selves giving plenty of laughs. All other actors are adequate in their respective characters. The voiceover of Prakash Raj and special item number by NTR Jr, Venu and Arti Chabria are good.
The story by Kona Venkat is smple and good. The screenplay and direction by Yogi is quite adequate. Music by Vishal Sekhar is an asset to the film and Mani Sharma scored background music it’s good. The song and dance sequences are picturised well. All other technical departments have put in decent performances. As a major part of the film has USA backdrop, there is a rich look. Production values are good.
This film is worthy of watching with the entire family as this is a wholesome entertainer. This film will be a great feast to all the fans of Venkatesh.
